Sample brand story

A small beginning. A personal point of view.

Website-23 began with a simple idea: choosing jewelry should feel as personal as wearing it. Founder Alex Morgan started with a small collection of rings and a table where customers could sit, compare pieces and ask as many questions as they liked.

The collection grew through those conversations. A pair of studs for a first job. A ring chosen together. A pendant with a meaning only its wearer knows. Today, the Website-23 collection brings rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets into one place, with room for everyday pieces and occasion jewelry alike.

Our approach is to begin with the person, then work through the details: the shape that draws their eye, a metal that suits their wardrobe, a setting that feels comfortable, and a budget they are happy with. The aim is a piece that earns its place in the jewelry box—and spends more time being worn than put away.

A note from the founder

Fictional founder profile

Alex Morgan

Founder & collection curator · sample profile

“I want someone to leave knowing why they chose a piece, not just how it looks.”

Alex’s interest in jewelry started with the pieces passed between people: a ring kept for years, a bracelet given at a turning point, a necklace worn almost every day. That interest shaped a store built around conversation rather than a quick decision.

Alex works on the collection and the showroom experience, bringing a practical eye to proportion, comfort and how a piece fits into someone’s life. The invitation is simple: bring your questions, your ideas, and your own sense of style.

A closer look at the jewelry

There’s more to a piece
than its first impression.

The diamond
Start with the shape you enjoy, then look at cut, color, clarity and carat weight. Natural and laboratory-grown origins should be clearly identified; the details on the individual product page are the place to compare.
The setting
A setting changes both the look and feel of a piece. Consider how high a stone sits, how a band feels alongside another ring, and whether the design suits the way you plan to wear it.
The metal
White, yellow and rose tones each give a design a different character. Check the metal and fineness listed for the particular piece, then think about the jewelry you already love wearing.

Our approach

What a good jewelry
experience should feel like.

Sample brand commitments

Start by listening
A gift, a milestone or something just for you: the reason for the piece matters. We begin with your ideas, preferences and budget before narrowing down the options.
Make the details clear
Diamond origin, metal, size and setting should be part of the conversation. We want the important details to feel understandable, with space for every question.
Give the decision time
Compare shapes, revisit a favorite, or come back with someone whose opinion you value. A personal purchase deserves a pace that feels comfortable.
Keep the conversation open
Questions do not always end when you find a piece. Our sample approach includes guidance on care and a clear point of contact for questions about an order or design enquiry.
